Simply print and complete the registration form found here and fax it to the Harry S Truman School of Public Affiars at 573-884-4872.  Click here to download the online registration form!

REGISTER VIA US POSTAL SERVICE MAIL: 

This is the least effective and most problematic way to register.  However, to complete this registration method, simply download the online registration form and submit it with payment to us at:
