Yes, we are currently working toward full integration of our credit card payment process but for now we can send you a electronic invoice via e-mail that allows you to send payment via paypal using most major credit cards. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay via this method.
It is out goal to have payment by the time you attend the summit. However, if you can at least provide a valid purchase order then we will bill you. We understand that some organizations have set meeting schedules and it is difficult to get approvals for events such as this on short notice. We will work with you to ensure your attendance and regularly make exceptions to accept payment after the event. Simply complete the online registration process and we will send you an invoice or e-mail invoice to pay be credit card if that is your request.
We attempt to be as flexible as possible regardling last minute cancellations due to serious health issues that arise for attendees or families. However, if you cancel your registation within one week prior to the event, then we will assess a cancellation fee that is 25% of the total registration fee for that event. This fee includes us sending you copies of the event's document book since we will have typically already incurred that cost. Cancellations prior to one week before the event are not assessessed a fee unless otherwise stated in the event brochure. Due to hotel contracts that obligate us to certain hotel lodging, catering and other facility fees, we simply do not have the option to waive cancellation fees.
Yes, please contact us and we will attempt to meet any dietary or ADA compliance issues you may have to attend our programs. Just call or e-mail us!
Yes, if your organization send three or more people, then the third and each subsequent registration submitted will receive a 25% discount. Contact us for more information and special billing instructions.
